Turnkey Project for Technical Services Contracting CO LLC, trading as "Turnkey Renovations" ("we", "our" or "us"), is the controller of the personal data described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what personal data we collect through turnkeyrenovations.ae (the "Website"), including our online renovation Cost Calculator, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "PDPL") and other applicable UAE law. Our registered office is in Dubai Silicon Oasis, which is not a financial free zone; accordingly the federal PDPL applies to our processing, rather than the separate data protection regimes of the DIFC or ADGM.

When you use the Cost Calculator or submit an enquiry form, we collect:
We verify your telephone number by sending a one-time password (OTP) by SMS. The OTP process is a security measure used to confirm that the number submitted belongs to you. It is not, and is not treated by us as, consent to receive marketing.
When you visit the Website we and our analytics and advertising providers may collect your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, pages viewed, and similar technical information, through cookies and comparable technologies. See section 6.
The PDPL prohibits the processing of personal data without the data subject's consent, subject to a defined list of exceptions set out in Article 4. Unlike some other regimes, the PDPL contains no general "legitimate interests" basis. We rely on the following:
We will send you marketing by SMS, email, telephone or messaging applications only where you have given us consent to do so. Under the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) Regulatory Policy on Unsolicited Electronic Communications, marketing communications operate on an opt-in basis, must clearly identify the sender, and must offer a free means of opting out. Article 6 of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 separately gives you the right to choose whether to receive advertising and marketing by telephone, email or social media.
You may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing at any time, at no cost, by using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying to any marketing SMS with the opt-out keyword it contains, or by emailing hello@turnkeyrenovations.ae. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and we will continue to contact you about an active enquiry or project.
We screen marketing call and message lists against the UAE National Do Not Call Registry where it applies to the communication in question.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it with the following categories of service providers, who process it on our instructions under contract:

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel. Some are necessary for the Website to operate. Others, used for analytics and advertising, are not necessary and are set on the basis of your consent.
You can manage or refuse cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Website function.
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Several of the service providers listed in section 5 are located outside the UAE, or store data on infrastructure outside the UAE. Your personal data will therefore be transferred outside the UAE.
Articles 22 and 23 of the PDPL permit such transfers where the receiving jurisdiction offers an adequate level of protection, or, failing that, on the basis of contractual safeguards imposing obligations equivalent to the PDPL, or with your explicit consent, or where the transfer is necessary to perform a contract with you. The UAE Data Office has not published a list of jurisdictions it regards as adequate. We therefore rely on the contractual safeguards in our agreements with these providers, and on your consent, rather than on any adequacy finding.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy:
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction, including access controls, encryption in transit, and restricting access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where a personal data breach occurs that would prejudice your privacy, confidentiality or security, we will notify the UAE Data Office upon becoming aware of it, and will notify you where required, in accordance with Article 9 of the PDPL. The detailed procedure for such notifications is to be prescribed by the Executive Regulations of the PDPL, which had not been issued at the date of this Policy.
Article 10 of the PDPL requires a Data Protection Officer to be appointed in defined circumstances, including large-scale processing of sensitive personal data. We have assessed our processing and consider that this requirement does not currently apply to us. Data protection enquiries should be sent to hello@turnkeyrenovations.ae.
The Website and our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
The Cost Calculator produces an indicative estimate based on the information you enter. It is not a quotation and is not binding on us. A binding price is issued only in a written quotation following a site inspection. See our Terms of Use.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the date it was last updated. Where a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of the Emirate of Dubai, to the exclusion of the DIFC Courts.
