This Website, turnkeyrenovations.ae (the "Website"), is operated by Turnkey Project for Technical Services Contracting CO LLC, trading as "Turnkey Renovations" ("we", "our" or "us").
These details are published in accordance with Article 6 of UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading by Modern Technological Means.
By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Website. Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We provide renovation, fit-out and interior design services for residential and commercial properties in Dubai, together with related services such as landscape and pool design, permit and approval handling, maintenance and consultation. The Website presents information about those services and allows you to request an indicative cost estimate.
The Cost Calculator produces an approximate, indicative figure generated automatically from the information you enter. It is not a quotation, not an offer, and not binding on us. No price is fixed or reserved by using it.
The final price of any project depends on matters the Calculator cannot assess, including:
A binding price is given only in a written quotation issued by us following a site inspection. Where the scope of works changes after a quotation is issued, we may revise it, and any revision will be given to you in writing.
The estimate depends on the accuracy of what you enter. You are responsible for ensuring the details you submit are complete and correct. Inaccurate information may produce an estimate materially different from the final quotation.
Using the Calculator, submitting an enquiry, or receiving an estimate does not create a contract between you and us, and places neither of us under any obligation. A contract is formed only when you accept a written quotation and a signed works agreement is in place between us. These Terms govern your use of the Website; they do not govern any renovation works, which are governed by that separate works agreement.
You agree to use the Website lawfully. You must not:
All content on the Website, including text, images, photographs of completed projects, graphics, video, design, layout, logos and trade marks, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, distribute, modify or publish any part of it without our prior written permission.
We take reasonable care to keep the Website accurate and current, but the content is provided for general information. Project images, indicative figures and service descriptions are illustrative and may not reflect the specification, scope or price of any particular project.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 25 of 2025).
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising out of your use of the Website or your reliance on any estimate produced by the Cost Calculator.
Our liability in relation to renovation works is governed by the written works agreement for those works and by applicable UAE law, including any statutory liability of contractors that cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing on this page limits that liability.
The Website may link to third-party websites and embeds third-party services, including those of Google, Meta and our SMS and email providers. We do not control those sites or services and are not responsible for their content, practices or availability. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
We send marketing communications only where you have consented to receive them. You may withdraw that consent at any time, at no cost, using the unsubscribe mechanism in any message or by emailing hello@turnkeyrenovations.ae. See our Privacy Policy for detail.
We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the onshore courts of the Emirate of Dubai. For the avoidance of doubt, the parties do not submit to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, and no reference in these Terms to the courts of Dubai is to be construed as an opt-in to the DIFC Courts.
